3. Project: Deviation and transition from Vestas to Global Castings

Period: 2013/07 – 2014/07

Senior Prince2 project manager at a large private company with complex and global organization, to transfer all IT infrastructure from Vestas ownership and equipment from the large company Vestas to 6 small locations. Cleanup, build new IT infrastructure, Manage team worldwide.

•         Receive all Infrastructure HW and SW from personal equipment to core Infrastructure equipment.

•         Implement and create all needed SW from ERP to Office365

•         Establish complete IT infrastructure for all employees in 3 time zones and 7 countries

4. Project: Establish Infrastructure in building extension Porto

Period: 2019/01 – 2020/12

Senior Prince2 project manager at a large private company with complex and global organization, to create IT Infrastructure on a new building extension for 200 employees in Porto. Requirement Capturing, Scope definition, Onsite suppliers.

Solution design for new release in the Health Portal in Region Zealand / RH.  
The last 4 years and projects are at Siemens, Grundfos, Vestas, as project manager with experience in Master Data Management and Cleansing as well as measuring MDM quality, migration and organization.
