Kennet is working as an IT-architect at PenSam with a wide range of IT-architect assignment from technical project management, alignment of requirements from the business to the client's vendors and setting the direction for the future infrastructure. Some of the projects that Kennet has delivered for the client are: ● Analysis of all databases/system and migration of the relevant databases/systems to new platforms ● Building a new BI-infrastructure based on new requirements from the business ● Upgrading the SimCorp Dimension platform Statens IT / Finansministeriet: Analysis of IT infrastructure and services The project objective was an extensive analysis of 15 ministries and the underlying institutions to evaluate the potential of consolidation within the current IT environment and infrastructure within the entire National Government. Kennet assisted the client with the data collection based on a comprehensive questionnaire which was sent to all but a few governmental institutions (approximately 140 covering 15 departments). The questionnaire covered 10 different areas e.g. IT organisation, server rooms, hardware, applications, software tools, software licenses, network, contracts, service desk and projects. All data collected was loaded into a database for subsequent analysis.
Industry leader in wind energy: IT infrastructure strategy The company wanted to have a clear and precise strategy for the development of a global IT infrastructure. The project defined the future vision and strategy for the IT infrastructure in the organisation and defined a clear roadmap for the future. Kennet worked as a project manager on the project.
Major shipping company: Infrastructure strategy/conceptual infrastructure design The project was to establish an overall strategy for the future infrastructure together with a conceptual design, which was to be implemented over the following years. The starting point for the analysis was a list of business requirements including targets for future costs.
Kennet worked as a consultant on the project focusing on the overall design of the infrastructure.
Danish Ministry of Taxation Large SAP implementation of a new system for handling claims and communication to the Danish businesses.
Kennet assisted the Danish Ministry of Taxation with project management in connection with the implementation of a new system for handling claims and communication to the Danish businesses (Skattekontoen). The project was a large SAP implementation with more than 8 suppliers involved and integrations to many of Ministry's other system.
Kennet's role on the project evolved during project and Kennet later bec ame the release-, change- and deployment manager for the system.
Kennet also assisted the Danish Ministry of Taxation with: ● Supplier management of the ministry's suppliers and securing the cooperation between suppliers ● Preparation of contracts ● Contract negotiations ● Conflict resolution ● Support the business to ensure the best possible solutions ● Technical problem solving e-nettet: implementation of NemLog-in3 and MitID Kennet made an impact analysis for implementing NemLog-in3 and MitID at e-nettet. The analysis included among other: ● Impact analysis of all application at e-nettet ● Analysis of the impact on different platforms ● Developing roadmap for NemLog-in3 and MitID ● Stakeholder analysis across the financial and public sector Danske Bank: Upgrade of SimCorp Dimension For several years Kennet was responsible for upgrading the core investment platform SimCorp Dimension. The project included among other things: ● Vendor management ● Testing of the new version of the system with more that 50 people involved ● Alignment between the business and IT ● Securing udgrade of other IT related systems inluding Oracle databases and other business critical parts of the infrastructure Alignment of the upgrade process in the business to secure a smoth transition to the new version Danske Bank: Implementation of new IBORs New regulation is changing the way the current IBORs are calculated to new risk-free interest rates. Kennet helped Danske Bank assessing the impact for the business and the needed changes required in the system landscape and the business processes in order to ensure a smooth transition from the old IBORs to the new risk free interest rates.
Danske Bank: Implementation of Project Management Office Kennet has implemented a new way of managing projects in Wealth Management that aligns business priority with the available resources and combining this into a smooth process for prioritizing, follow up on projects and risks and securing an overview of all the running projects. The process for managing the project pipeline from idea throughout the implementation to follow-up on benefit realization was enhanced with an implementation of the process in Confluence.
Danske Bank: Implementation of GDPR Kennet was responsible for implementing GDPR for Assets Management in Danske Bank. The project included securing that the legal requirement where followed and implemented in the system landscape, business process and coordinated throughout the value chain and integrations. The project also did the initial cleanup of data in the systems to ensure an easy start for the business.
Danske Bank: Implementation of MiFIDII Kennet was the project manager for the finalization of the implementation of MiFIDII in Wealth Management in Danske Bank. The project included alignment of the value chain throughout the whole business and the architecture for the trade flows between Wealth Management and the all the external custodians, counter parties and venues.
Danske Bank: Vendor selection and implementation of an Enterprise Data Management system The goal of the project was to implement an Enterprise Data Management system to improve the quality of static data and prices in the organization. The project includes: ● Vendor screening ● Vendor Selection ● Contract negotiation ● Project management of the implementation of the system Danske Bank: Reconciliation The aim of the project was to implement a platform for handling reconciliation of securities, liabilities and cash positions in all Danske Capital units. The setup are based on a standard reconciliation process and strengthening up stream processes in order to minimize deviations in reconciliation. The goal of the project was to ● Standardize reconciliation processes and technically setup in one platform and reduce the amount of manual intervention ● Implement integrations between Danske Bank and other banks in Europe ● Improve upstream processes decreasing internal deviations ● Amending existing processes and agreements with internal process suppliers ● Measuring performance through quality, completeness and timeliness Danish Ministry of Taxation: Cooperation Manuals (ITIL implementation) The scope for the project was to provide a coherent multi-supplier cooperation platform between the different suppliers for a large SOA implementation (SAP and Oracle Weblogic). The project included more than 8 suppliers with different contracts. A common ground between the suppliers and the Danish Ministry of Taxation needed to be found and Kennet contributed with the design and implementation of the governance and processes model for the collaboration. The foundation for the project was the standard ITIL processes, which we changed to manage the different contracts that the suppliers had and incorporated the best way for the suppliers and the Danish Ministry of Taxation way to cooperate in the future.
Danish Ministry of Taxation: Listesystem (VIES) Because of the EU procurement rules, it was necessary to go through a public tender in order to sign an agreement with a vendor. The project team developed the contract based on the standard contract for long-term IT projects, K02. In order to do this, it was decided to develop a customised requirements specification for the national VIES system. The requirements specification had to incorporate the functional specification and design document released by the European Commission and all national requirements to VIES. After the tender Kennet became the technical project manager for the project that implemented the new VIES system for Denmark.
Deloitte: Responsible for Enterprise architecture as a service Kennet was responsible for developing the enterprise architecture service in Deloitte. The focus was on creating value for our customers through the alignment of IT strategy, it governance and enterprise architecture.
Ministry of Social Welfare: Digitisation of services to disabled and vulnerable adults The goal of the project was to improve the IT support and establish common concepts to create the basis for a coherent and comprehensive effort to improve the lives of the citizens; that is: ● Better overview and systematic processing of the citizens cases ● Ensuring better management information ● Improved communication across the ministry and across subject areas (e.g. health and social services) Industry leader in wind energy: Governance in relation to standardization project The project defined the future governance setup in relation to keeping a global and standardised infrastructure platform in the company. Kennet worked as the project manager on the project.
Coloplast: Technology portfolio management The project defined a technology portfolio management methodology in accordance with the requirements of Coloplast. The project had the following key items: ● Define technology areas ● Identify key technologies ● Categorise key technologies into technology areas ● Map key technologies against a technology lifecycle model

Novo Nordisk A/S: Global Technology Committee programme office Kennet worked in the programme office in the Global Technology Committee and carried out several assignments ranging from: ● Review and approval of IT technology strategies ● Management of the technology portfolio ● Coordination of various GTC activities including meetings ● Project management Novo Nordisk A/S: IT strategy for a part of Novo Nordisk The IT strategy project was part of an annual review, which included a critical assessment of IT systems and IT projects within the IT & Corporate Development department along with initiatives to align business strategy and IT. Kennet worked as a consultant on the project.
Novo Nordisk A/S: Technology portfolio management The purpose of the project was to examine the IT portfolio of the company and locate gaps, which needed to be focused on in the future.
Novo Nordisk A/S: Application architecture The purpose of the project was to examine the application architecture of Novo Nordisk A/S and to make sure that the application architecture was aligned with the regulatory requirements of pharmaceutical companies. The project was an ongoing process of continuously updating and monitoring the application architecture.
NNIT A/S: Development of business strategy The purpose of this project was to develop a new business strategy for NNIT A/S.
