The project's primary objective is to support the development of a new, modern IT tool and enhance overall efficiency in chemical management, including storage tracking, legal compliance, and risk assessments.
Role: Served as a management consultant, taking charge as the IT project leader to revitalize a four-year-long stagnant development, supporting the leadership team and steering the IT project towards success.
Results: Successfully supported leadership, produced strategic documents for the board of directors, facilitated collaborations among Danish universities, hired key project personnel, and implemented streamlined project plans and tools to enhance efficiency.
Challenges & Feedback: Overcame development stagnation and achieving positive initial results setting the project on a promising trajectory.

Client & Objective: Foss, a global provider of high-tech analytical solutions in the agricultural and food industries, aimed to leverage the collected data to identify potential acquisitions. The objective was to integrate ESG reporting into their operations, gaining a competitive advantage.
Role: Served as a data engineer, programming a web scraping software using Python to collect data on ESG tools and companies in the food tech industry.
Results: Provided Foss with a streamlined data tool for efficient exploration and integration of potential acquisitions.
Challenges & Feedback: Overcame the challenge of ESG reporting uncertainty by providing a solution that aligned with Foss's strategic goals. The client expressed satisfaction with the results, emphasizing the improved ease of navigation and filtering capabilities.

Client & Objective: Stanford Medicine, having successfully launched several telemedicine services sought to explore the business case for tele-endocrinology. The objective was to extend care closer to home and enhance capacity in critical care areas.
Role: Served as a volunteer, supporting the project management and leadership teams. The project duration aligned with Stanford Medicine's larger initiative for clinical growth.
Results: Assisted the client in understanding expected demand across ER, ICU, Inpatient, and Transfer Center, providing valuable insights for structuring physician components and addressing compliance fees.
