There are smaller or bigger issues to solve every day. In Tele2, which is a big telecom company, there are several
areas and big variety of things changing and coming up. It can be campaigns for website or new implementations,
maintenance tasks or bugs in the system that needs to be fixed as soon as possible. I was the one who managed all
work about those issues. I took care of 5 areas. Each area had own projects, developers, product owners and own
fixes that needed to be done. My job was to make sure that the team was working properly, with the right tasks and on time. On a daily basis I organised, prioritised, communicated and made sure that teams were solving the projects
that must be done and that campaigns were up on the web. We worked in Scrum framework.

At Liber, which is Scandinavia's biggest book publisher, I was leading a project of printed books being converted into
a digital form making books readable on all digital gadgets like smartphones, tabs and computers. On a daily basis I
was leading a team in India and also edited, converted and published online content using InDesign and digital
converters for xml files. In this project I developed the process of digitalisation from start point till the end. Now
students and pupils can easily access the content anywhere and make studies more flexible and fun.

company put a lot in to making business big online as well, besides the physical stores. During my time here the e-commerce platform was getting on its feet and with that a lot of content creating processes were made. My key
role here was to create product pages making them unique for search engines and easy for customers to find in the internet jungle. I used the company's own CMS system for all digital creation, photo editing, video edit, copy writing
etc.
