Summary
Christian is an experienced Senior Project and Program Manager. He has a background from the IT and consulting industry, and has worked at e.g. IBM, Accenture and Deloitte in various project management roles for more than 20 years. He has worked with large IT delivery organizations covering all phases from initial analysis and contracting to development and service operations, in both agile and waterfall settings. Christian has a track record for managing complex transitions especially in the application outsourcing domain. His latest assignment is a complex mainframe sunset program, where he led several software development projects for replacement systems as well as leading the controlled decommissioning of the mainframe.
