Taken to spearhead the business-critical project to set up a brand new strategic E2E Proactive Order Monitoring System enabling the monitoring of all orders also using AI/ML to predict anomalies during the whole order management process from orders acquisition to complete fulfilment.
● Strategy definition and complete governance on the project.
● Hybrid, mostly agile, project management using Jira.
● Initial E2E order management processes and involved systems assessment.
● The monitoring system gathers data coming from logs, databases, and other data sources.
● Core technology ELK. Decided after evaluating different options.

● The system can directly assign issues to different teams in the organization using different forms of notifications, from emails to automatic ticket opening.
