Nov-19 / Mar-21: I helped this company improve their data integration and control by implementing SB1. As their industry is also apparel and footwear, we included the AFS module to meet their specific needs.
In addition to defining work methodologies for functional aspects of projects, I also did so for management aspects. This included the implementation of Jira for gap management, organization of folders, and standardized documents for each stage of the project, among others.
