My assignment within Scania Finance was to manage requirements gathering, planning, design, development, and implementation of a Scania's global electronic invoicing SOA service. This work was done with a strong focus on adhering to national and international financial regulations. In addition to this new service, this project was responsible for defining new roles and processes for invoicing for Scania Finance and Scania as a whole.

A large second part of this project was migrating Scania's existing global financial assets (Scania Bank, Subsidiaries, Local Institutions, etc.) to this new service. This involved requirements gathering, development, testing, migration and establishment and handover to maintenance organizations. Throughout the project, I was responsible for identifying and managing risks, as well as reporting to the highest levels within Scania Finance.
