infrastructure, security, transformation, network and change management. I have worked with a
long list of internal resources, external vendors, and stakeholders at all company levels.

Results: Reorganizing the project and streamlining all internal processes making sure the right
foundation was in place for the ongoing transition in the years to come. Segmentation of first 27
services was done in 4 months (target was 33 services in 12 months).

With this infrastructure project, we had to ensure continued delivery of vital server services on
business-critical remote sites for Vestas. This project included buying of hardware/software for
23 Vestas locations, improved operational excellence and implementation of three pilot
production sites.

Introduction of a new generation of collaborative tools for use across the organization. Microsoft
Teams and Live Event were implemented globally with clear communication and training for all
employees.

Result: The project was a great success due to a powerful implementation. The number of users
were double the target when the projected ended (even before COVID-19).

- Cost control and budget follow-up
Results: Successful project delivery. All published applications were tested and cleaned before
they were migrated to the new environment. A revised and optimized VDI solution was delivered
resulting in reduced costs and increased security/speed for onboarding of externals in Vestas.

Global roll-out of 'Office 2016 and OneDrive for Business' to more than 20.000 people within the organization with special focus on user adoption and data security.
