Reporting to the CIO, I am overall responsible to define and guide the “Heads Of” to execute on the operability strategy which is to build a service offering model enabling standardization of support across all markets and setting the organization to be ready to adopt DevOps model. From an ITIL framework perspective, I own Level 1,2 and 3, which also includes vendor management of our 3rd party partnerships.
I have accountability for delivering across Service Delivery Management, IT Retail, Testing, ERP, Integration platform, E-Com Platform, and Infrastructure departments to secure that we sustain and support our business in growing our digital leapfrogging initiatives while expanding our platform and software capabilities.
Achievements:
In the management board elevated IT operability to be part of the strategy agenda and enforced a process orientation of the business in continued growth and gain in productivity:
- Introduced Service Delivery Management per key business strategy
- Elevated IT to be a core part of the business model i.e. by introducing service processes for transparency and governance

* Guided a cross-functional team to implement a new marketing communication platform, combining email and customer data platform that enables end to end process and enables marketers to build audiences, emails and activate audiences across owned and paid channels. 20 percent cost reduction, 26 percent higher conversion rates, 25-50percent improvements in average order value.
* Led cross-functional team implementations of data analytics platform implementation and which ultimately will be merging with the BI teams in order to combine a single COE for data and analytics.
