Played a pivotal role in a large-scale migration project, transitioning an organization of 13,000 employees and 186 hotels across six countries from Microsoft Office, Exchange, and file shares to Google Workspace.

Part of the migration team responsible for moving employee data from Exchange to Google servers, effectively transferring vast amounts of information with minimal disruption.

Orchestrated the migration of documents from network shared file areas to Google Drive and Google Storage. Building Bash scripts to scale migration servers, optimizing performance and resource utilization.

Developed and maintained code for the migration tool, ensuring the tool's continued functionality throughout its lifecycle.

At Collectum, I had the opportunity to spearhead a transformative project that involved implementing Azure and establishing a streamlined API delivery process. The project presented a unique set of challenges, including the absence of Azure infrastructure, the need to standardize development practices for four distinct dev teams new to Azure and implementation of Infrastructure as code (Azure bicep).

Lead the technical design and implementation of a new Azure platform solution, such as a cloud-based API & integration hub (Azure Kubernetes Services, API Manager, Application Gateway, Hub-Spoke architecture).

As product owner for the platform team I worked with stakeholders to define the requirements, such as security policies, pipelines, compute and data layer, subscription and management group hierarchy, secret/certificate management, CI/CD strategy, kubernetes or serverless.
