Required Skills & Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years of experience in Testing e Test Management, Functional Testing
  • Have good client management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Italian language is mandatory and a good level of English is required
  • Solid test management background within a fast-paced business with experience using multiple testing technologies.
  • Support with estimation, planning and strategy for testing.
  • Manage the creation and on-going development of an automated testing framework for use on the programme.
  • Advocate for QA best practices across project delivery, establishing and embedding a programme level testing strategy.
  • Organize and lead initiatives to improve test processes, extend the use of tools / frameworks and develop team members to improve efficiency.
  • Perform test lead duties when needed including stakeholder discussions and status reporting.
  • Own release activities such as defect triaging from multiple projects and ensuring test packs(regression, smoke) are updated to include new functionality.
  • Working knowledge of one or more source configuration management and defect tracking systems.
  • Co-ordinate the use and maintenance of test environments

Experience with tool sets : Microfocus.

Nice to have: coding skills (any, preferred Python/Java,C#)
