Assignment Details

This is a customer facing role and typical duties will include:

  • Provide VC, AV and desktop support to End Users
  • Accept walk-ups and provide diagnosis and analysis, work through Incident and Service Requests, complete routine checks of equipment and site;
    Build and re-image laptops and desktops
  • Technology onboarding and offboarding of staff
  • Provide reports, update procedures and general administration activities
  • Scheduling and hosting training sessions, creating educational materials.

To be considered for this role you must have;

  • Previous experience in providing IT technical support in a large organisation
    Self-driven with a positive "can do" attitude.
  • Apply sound judgment.
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Deal with day to day issues raised by end users, establishing priorities and set deadlines.
  • Be able to communicate with all end users in a professional manner.
  • Is able to communicate outcomes both written and verbal.
  • Works to facilitate changes into operational reality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills - can establish and maintain win-win relationships.
  • Excellent teaming and collaboration skills.
  • Action oriented - consistently drives for and delivers results that meet or exceed expectations.
