About the role:
The purpose of this position is to help the learning & knowledge management team to support the development and maintenance of technical and non-technical learning content, including creating new learning material, updating existing learning material, delivering training, and managing relationships with the business stakeholders.
Requirement:
- Critical and structural analysis ability is essential to this job. That's why it is considered an "engineering" or "engineering activity" though it not a requirement to be an engineer
- Understanding of Information Technology (ITIL) is of vital importance
- Ability to lead learning initiatives, create presentations and facilitate brainstorming and workshop
- 7+ Years in Technical Learning and Knowledge Management practice
- Experience in conducting role-based learning need analysis and designing course catalogs for technical training
- Interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to collaborate effectively with others-a critical aspect of team-based work
- Embedded Learning Management System (LMS) experience in a large organization with a workforce learning for more than 2000 staff members
- Passionate about learning and utilizing new learning theories and approaches to design and deliver effective training
- Knowledge of related software applications and technologies (SAP Enable Now, ARIS and understanding of SAP Applications)
- Knowledge of software tools including but not limited to Confluence, JIRA, MS Excel, SharePoint, Primavera, etc.
