Assignment Details
Assist intern recruitment team with various functions including, but not limited to:
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Reviewing candidate applications
- Reviewing and notating interview videos
- Developing talent pipelines for hiring needs
- Maintaining candidate databases
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume sourcing/recruiting position
- Excellent organizational and communcation skills
- Associate's Degree preferred
