Assignment Details

You Will

  • Manage and develop the interview scheduling process by coordinating with candidates, hiring department's administrative staff, and recruiters
  • Support a heavy call volume and calendar scheduling coordination between multiple parties
  • Assist in arranging travel for non-local candidates
  • Ensure appropriate recruiting documents and materials are prepared and in-stock, and order recruiting supplies as needed
  • Assist in coordinating and participating in recruiting events
  • Demonstrate a sustained high level of professionalism, accomplishment, discretion, and skill
  • Provide back-up support to the Onboarding Specialist
  • Create standard data analytics reporting from all data inputs
  • Develop key recruiting metrics and reports to ensure that the Talent Acquisition team is meeting the needs of its internal clients, the company's talent agenda, and compliance requirements
  • Gather, analyze, and share the Talent Acquisition team’s weekly progress on all roles
  • Update, analyze, and share a quarterly recruiting scorecard that summarizes all relevant recruiting metrics by leveraging available resources which include but are not limited to the following: time-to-fill, diversity recruiting, source of hire, offer/acceptance ratios, candidate and hiring manager satisfaction, and candidate pipelining
  • Act as the primary point of contact regarding recruiting technology, reporting/analytics, and general system functionality
  • Stay abreast of the latest in technology offered in the Talent Acquisition Industry
  • Build relationships with current and future vendors

 

You Have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field (preferred)
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook as a primary tool for scheduling appointments
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience communicating with all levels in an organization
  • A proven ability to communicate complex ideas, instructions, and information in a clear, concise manner
  • Attentiveness to detail, use good judgment and discretion, and can maintain confidentiality when necessary
  • Experience supporting a recruiting organization in a large, corporate environment (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience as an analyst for a corporate recruiting team and/or executive search firm
  • Experience optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems as well as training and troubleshooting recruiting team users
  • Experience measuring Talent Acquisition team performance and recruiting resources performance
  • Expertise with Successfactors Applicant Tracking system
  • Above-average Microsoft Excel skills (ex: leverages Pivot Tables/Charts to summarize Datasets)
  • 3+ years of experience as an analyst for a corporate recruiting team and/or executive search firm
