Role and Responsibilities:
This role will see the successful candidate join an established team and you will report directly to the helpdesk manager.
What’s involved:
- Providing technical support to roughly 700 users
- Configuration & installation of servers, desktops, printers
- Software maintenance & support
- ICT planning & development
- Reporting against service levels
- Mentoring junior staff members
What you need:
- 3+ years’ experience as a team leader on a busy helpdesk
- Strong troubleshooting experience
- Active Directory Management
- Experience in providing monthly/ Annual reports
- Excellent Communication skills
- Stamp 4/ EU Passport only
