Assignment Details

Responsibilities:

  •  Provides overview of program vision to delivery team
  • Manages and prioritizes team backlog at the Feature and Story level
  • Defines features based on capability charters and previous business unit deployments
  •  Leads feature level planning and story mapping sessions
  •  Reviews current state process flows
  •  Drives alignment on and helps develop design of future state experience - key scenarios, personas, pain points, desires
  • Defines metrics to be tracked, sets up baselines
  • Owns/prioritizes stories and signs off on completion
  • Listens in on and reviews customer-facing representative calls
  •  Drives and participates in product demos to show progress to key stakeholders
  • Provides feedback to the Program team (i.e. recommended program changes based on lessons learned)
  • Reviews and helps prioritize team member's work if conflicts arise
  • Protects the delivery team to ensure progress is made at a rapid pace in an agile environment
  • Collaborates with other product owners across the program and the broader enterprise

Qualifications:

  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Education: Bachelors
