Assignment Details
The Role
The primary requirement for this position is to be the escalation point from the level 2 desktop support team as well as administer O365 and SharePoint. The successful candidate will be required to provide both remote and on-site IT support and assist in the delivery of a range of projects. You will report to the Head of Digital and responsible for the operation and maintenance of the IT Systems, Networks, and overall Infrastructure.

More specific duties are highlighted below:
- You will be the companies O365 Admin
- You will administrate SharePoint
- You will administrate AD
- You will have experience with Intune and SCCM
- Provide IT support remotely and face to face
- Building and maintaining documentation
- On and offsite computer/server maintenance (Windows environment)
- Assist Senior Engineers with project tasks.
- You will have experience with Azure
- Management of Microsoft Teams
- Maintaining virtual environments (VMware/Hyper-V)
