Assignment Details

Role and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be accountable for managing all aspects of hardware and virtual infrastructure and third-party support.

What’s involved:

  • Responsible for success of Backup, Replication and Recovery using Veeam and Hyper-V.
  • Ensure company hardware, software and related services are updated and protected.
  • Maintain all Windows server environments.
  • Maintain and support on-premise/cloud-based Microsoft software which includes; Active Directory, Dynamics NAV 2018, Exchange 2013, Office 365, SQL, Dynamics CRM, Power BI
  • Maintenance and monitoring of network infrastructure.
  • Light administration and maintenance of a number of SQL databases
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to end users for all issues relating to PC’s, laptops, printers, software, etc. and act as an escalation point with third-party service providers.
  • Troubleshoot and manage company mobile devices  smartphones, tablets, etc.
  • Propose technological solutions to business problems as they arise.
  • Technical documentation of processes, applications and IT infrastructure.
  • Assist with GDPR compliance.

What you need:

  • Relevant IT qualification (e.g. Degree) or equivalent technical Certification
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a faced-paced IT support role
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Server (2012, 2016) and Active Directory
  • GDPR Compliant.
