Assignment Details

Your new role
You will be the escalation point for any desktop related issues that cannot be resolved at first point by the desktop team. Your role will involve supporting internal users both over the phone and face to face (when on site) as well as providing leadership to other team members.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate strong desktop support experience as well as have skills and experience supporting Windows 7/10, O365, printers and peripherals. This role will require you to have excellent hardware and software troubleshooting skills.

You will also have exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as solid organisational skills. First rate customer service skills is also required as well as a hardworking, supportive and confident attitude.
