Senior Business Analyst

The ideal candidate will have experience in Business Transformation for Transition Projects. You will also have strong fundamental business analysis skills, excellent communication skills and experience dealing with all levels of business stakeholders. You MUST HAVE experience working within Insurance and Financial Services Organisations.

As part of this role, you will be expected to fulfill the following duties:

  • Be a true Senior BA, capable of engaging directly with senior stakeholders
  • Capable of mobilizing and leading workshops; working groups with senior leaders in Sales and Technology
  • Self-sufficient, proactive approach to defining, performing and documenting discrete analysis tasks
  • Primarily business and change focused analysis role, with some potential for IT/technical review required
  • Advanced experience in defining and documenting complex business requirements
  • Work within an Agile environment

To be successful for the role you must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Minimum three years' senior business analysis, on significant projects
  • Minimum 5 years Finance experience, ideally Insurance experience
  • Agile experience
  • Outstanding Stakeholder management
  • Superior communication/learning ability
