Assignment Details

The Role

In this role you will be working across the following:

  • Ability to work with all departments in organization in achieving the desired CRM outcomes,
  • Strong communication skills
  • Work-flow creation
  • Customer process management
  • Design, configure and customize CRM system using Microsoft Dynamics 365 front end development
  • Conduct impact analysis, review all functional requirements & artefacts and ensure end-to-end solution meets business requirements
  • Plan, forecast and determine Microsoft Dynamics 365 license expenditure and CRM related investments annually
  • Ensure Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Click-Dimensions systems upgrade and change are properly adopted by Client
  • Propose and drive transformation initiatives to improve user's experience while enhancing CRM system capabilities
  • Translating business needs into design requirements by leveraging on stakeholder management skills
  • Develop project implementation plan
  • Write test scripts and construct suitable initiatives to drive user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Create and maintain CRM user guides
  • Conduct Microsoft Dynamics 365 training to users
  • Review vendor's SOW
  • Ensure vendor's deliveries meet the business requirements
  • Customize CRM dashboard
  • Provide CRM system support to end users

Your Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years experience delivering CRM projects
  • Solid experience in configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM365
  • Strong skills in business process engineering, workshop facilitation, story-boarding and prototyping
  • Good understanding of the benefits and key business drivers for using the MS Dynamics CRM product
  • Experience providing expert advice, and practical design implementation of a Dynamics 365 CRM solution
  • Experience in the design of system integration solutions using the Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 platforms.
