You Will:
- Lead and position this body of work for local, state, and national recognition and visibility
- Serve as the lead for a core team at the firm, and be required to work hands-on, day-to-day in a close-knit environment with the client
- Work with the firm’s leadership to achieve the development of a marketing and outreach community partner-centric campaign
- Partner with the project and leadership teams to initiate the support of marketing strategy, positioning, and campaign timing
- Proactively generate big picture thinking and innovative approaches to campaign, utilizing the current body of work and partnerships, while obtaining buy-in from key stakeholders
- Collaborate with client teams to incorporate elements that address critical health issues which affect under-served communities
- Work cross-functionally with traditional and digital media assets, as well as creative, visual, events, and PR to develop compelling and measurable ROI
- Support the development, implementation, and management of negotiated media buy
- Develop and provide tracking and monitoring report, communicating the effectiveness, challenges, and successes of placed media buy
- Help creative partners to update, create, deliver, and manage strategic, actionable, and on-brand messaging with a consistent look and feel in all marketing channels while incorporating new ideas
- Develop and demonstrate a clear and persuasive presentation style, ensuring that support materials are accurate and consistent with brand standards
- Develop a proof of performance and end of the year, recap with program measurements
You Have:
- A university/college degree in a related field is (required)
- 5-8+ years of experience in a fast-paced brand marketing or marketing agency
- Strong organizational skills to implement campaign strategy, reporting to clients’ and budgets
- The ability to prioritize and determine the most critical tasks based on size, scope, and timeliness
- Analytical skills to explore beyond natural inclination to research trends, innovation, strategies, and tactics to benefit the project and client
- The ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines
- An established Illinois community organization relationship (nice to have)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) and online PM programs
