About the Role

This full-time position based in Corowa will be responsible for providing IT support services via phone and email including troubleshooting and logging computer issues, and advising on appropriate actions.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high level customer service and basic technical support via phone / email
  • Document and record contact made with the Service Desk and IT department into ITSM system
  • Troubleshoot issues and advise employees on appropriate actions or delegate within the team
  • Assist with the provisioning and support of end user devices (phones, laptops, etc.)
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles

 

Skills & Experience

  • High level customer service, analytical, problem solving and research skills
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, Windows, iSO and Android operating systems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in an efficient and timely manner
  • Initiative and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Current driver’s licence
