• Drive selling for your area of responsibility or market from a controlling perspective.
• Be involved in the whole process from analysis to setting short-term goals to follow-ups and building long-term strategies and challenging the way we do business online.
• Maximize profitability by taking actions on your analysis and clearly communicate to the rest of the team and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to an improved experience for our customers by analyzing their shopping journey and bringing your findings to the rest of the team and other stakeholders.
• Constant improvements of analyzing data, develop analysis tools and share best practices with your team and other stake holders

Description of the Division
Online Sales is responsible for the e-commerce globally, where we digitally offer the world fashion and quality at the best price in a sustainable way! We offer e-commerce in all digital channels, and currently have e-commerce sites in 51 markets. Our goal is to be the #1 global online fashion destination and the most loved fashion brand in the world, which means we will grow fast in the coming years. To reach that goal we need people with a great interest in retail and in driving sales!

Description of the project/team
The job as E-commerce Merchandiser/Visual Merchandiser comes with lots of responsibility – and lots of fun! You will run the biggest store and together with your team including Merchandisers, Visual Merchandisers and E-commerce communication planners you are responsible for one of the markets at Online Sales. (Note that as a consultant you need to be flexible to move between different markets)

Central Stockholm, Mäster Samuelsgatan
Many point of contacts?
Yes, many point of contacts within the team and also outside of the team, with other e-com markets as well as contact with the store Merchandising team for the market.

Technical Competences 
Mandatory requirements:
• Strong analytical skills
• An academic degree within business or engineering
• Commercial awareness and sales drive – top of mind is always to sell more!
• Customer focus
• Result driven
• Experience of Google Analytics
• Strong excel knowledge and general interest in working in different system
• Used to work with a lot of data

Qualifying requirements:
• Preferably previous e-commerce experience
• Previous experience from working in sales and result driven environment is a plus

Tools/software
• Experience of Google Analytics
• Strong excel knowledge and general interest in working in different systems

Personal Competences 
1. Flexible and adaptable – needs to enjoy working in a very fast paced and ever-changing environment

Language skills 
• From a language perspective, you need to be fluent in English
