Interaction designer

Requirements:

The consultant must have at least the following:

• 8 years of experience in strategic UX design
• Education in Interaction Design
• Many years of experience working with management and coaching of teams and individuals in design projects.
• Has worked internationally with design for voice assistants, including tonality and "personality traits"
• Has practical experience from both the system and service side in the work of developing solutions for voice assistants and other voice-controlled services for leading global technology companies
• 8 years of experience in holding lectures or workshops
• Has worked with advanced and complex assignments with fast delivery cycles

Mapping the needs of the target groups through interviews, focus groups, workshops and field studies.

Based on the survey, together with other roles in the team, develop concepts and requirements specification / requirements formulation that form the basis for the continued development of the prototype.

Formulates requirements regarding concepts and voice interfaces.

Plan and carry out user tests to evaluate the prototype

Leads usability workshops.

Work with interaction design and interface design.

Ensure the accessibility perspective

Contributes to the work with the graphic form for the prototype if current.

Responsible for the work management and the working group's deliveries and be the main contact with the customer.
