Assignment Details
Job Summary:
- They will be working hands on desk side support (not phone, remote, or email).
- Contractor will be required to do break/fix Desktop Support work adequately troubleshooting and resolving issues as assigned through our ticketing system.
- They will also be required to setup hardware for new users.
- They should be able to lift computer equipment as needed (desktops, laptops, monitors, printers).
- We need a person that is experienced, good technical skills, hard worker, flexible, great attitude, good communication skills, can work independently, results oriented, etc
They also of course need to be able to lift equipment.
Responsibilities:
Contractor will be required to do break/fix Desktop Support work adequately troubleshooting and resolving complex issues as assigned through our ticketing system. They will also be required to setup hardware for new users. Imaging and configuring hardware for deployment to new users (data transfer where needed). They should be able to lift computer equipment as needed (desktops, laptops, monitors, printers). They should also be prepared to assist with the asset disposal process inventorying, documenting and moving hardware for disposal pickup.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 4 years of experience
- Education: Associates (required)
