Role
- Prove 2nd line technical support via various communication channels
- Work closely with IT support staff to obtain technical knowledge to permanently solve main problems
- Managing Hardware and providing breakfix support (monitors, keyboards, phones, printers)
- Hardware incidents (Printers, Laptops, Desktop ) * Software incidents (O365, Windows 7/10, bespoke applications )
- Participate in documentation of technical procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years in an IT support environment
- 3rd Level Diploma/Degree
- Virtualisation support experience
- Troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Networking, MS OS Windows, Sharepoint, Office 365, Active Directory, Backup, Windows and Windows Server
- TCP/IP networking, Switches, Routers and wireless network exposure
- Any of the following - CCNA, Comptia + or MCITP, MCSA.
