Major responsibilities
- Keep up, explore, and fix computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals
- Offer computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Give support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
- Fix computer problems, and recommend appropriate action/solutions
- Develop records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities
- Organize hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors
- Meet regularly and effectively with ticket submitters
Requirements
- Quality experience with Microsoft SCCM
- Foundational knowledge in Migration Activities
- Proven knowledge of Law Firm
- Proficiency in Migration
- Practical knowledge of Law Practice
- MS Windows 10 experience desired
- Wide ranging experience with Microsoft SCCM - System Cntr Config Mgr
- Good understanding of Associated Hardware
- Earlier work involving Microsoft SCCM
- General familiarity with Law Firm Specializing
- Previous experience working with Desktop Hardware
- Skills in hardware & software installation
- Experience with Windows 7 Migration
- Active Directory experience
- Well-founded grasp of Law Firm Setting
- Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
- Desktop support or related experience
