Consultant task - IT Project manager, Copenhagen

For a large customer in the Life Science sector, we are looking for a IT project manager and business analyst role for the analysis phase of the Target Health EDC (Electronic Data Capture)replacement project. A consultant with knowledge of Pharma R&D / Clinical Development and expertise in GxP system validation will be preferred.
 

Project ownership and leadership:

-Responsible for the project outcome and success by achieving the defined project objectives and meeting the project sponsor’s expectations.

- Responsible to manage the scope, quality, budget and schedule of the project. Lead the project in terms of activities, planning/backlog management and costs tracking.

-Identify, anticipate risks and suggests options of mitigations to build and maintain a strong positive working relationship with team members and key project stakeholders.

-Facilitate project execution with stakeholders: selected technology supplier, Global IT, The customer business (incl. ATOS as external partner for infrastructure).

-Manage and follow up the completion of the activities assigned to the different project team members (internal and external) – migration partner, change management consultants, integration team, etc.

-Understand the context and solution to implement and be hands on in order to drive decisions always in the customer’s best interest.

-Responsible for tracking project CAPEX financials (actuals and forecasts).

-Define and implement the appropriate & comprehensive approach for Change Management including a stakeholder impact analysis.

- Accountable for a monthly project status reporting.

- Organizes project executive board meetings with related documentation; manages communication with project stakeholders.
