Assignment Details

For a client located in Sweden I am looking for a Customer Service Support consultant with good knowledge in Navision (Business Central) and its support functions within customer service and back office (BO). The tasks will be order placement, order monitoring, order book management and other tasks surrounding these areas when delivering customer service both in-house and to customers in the sports – and fashion industry. 

Location: Gothenburg or remote
Workload: 100%”
Start: ASAP 
Duration: 2-3 months + the possibility for extension
Language: Swedish and English

Your qualifications
We are looking for a consultant with as many of the following competencies:

- Customer Service experience 
- Good knowledge of support – and customer service functions in Navision/Business Central
- Prior knowledge in the sports and fashion industry is an advantage
