Job Description:

As the Campaign Specialist, you will own all things Marketo as well as work closely with the entire marketing team, with the end goal of delivering highly effective and engaging campaigns that generate measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operation, configuration, administration and optimization of our Marketo
  • Execute all aspects of campaigns including automated programs, audience segmentation, nurture campaigns, dynamic content, design and program analysis
  • Identify marketing KPIs and benchmarks. Measure, monitor and track campaign performance and ROI against benchmarks and drive corrective actions that deliver continuous improvements
  • Manage all technical aspects including reporting, ensuring proper attribution, workflows and nurture journeys, implement A/B testing, drive lead lifecycle management, etc.
  • Deploy audience segmented, personalized emails
  • Manage/monitor data accuracy between Marketo and CRM system, including updates, deduplication, importing and exporting of records; promote data integrity best practices
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in marketing automation and campaign management
  • Document existing processes, recommend and implement system and process improvements to enhance productivity
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing related to subject lines, email copy, layouts and CTAs that drives conversion improvements. plan/schedule to continually improve performance
  • Serve as subject matter expert on Marketo capabilities, automation processes, deliverability and marketing campaign best practices

Qualifications

  • Marketo Certified Expert in last 5 years
  • 3+ years of experience working in Marketo with in-depth knowledge of the platform.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Campaign Execution, Marketing Demand Gen or Marketing Operations role.
  • HTML/CSS and image editing skills a plus
