Upgrade former Acchain blockchain code for the new Auro cryptocoin. https://aurocoin.eu

Integrate MFA, SSL certificate, make a total of 88 millions coins, delegate activation and deactivation and ensure perfect sync between nodes. Next job will be creating Android app.
