Northab is looking for Agile Coach for our customer in Stockholm
The challenge lies in helping the client to simplify and improve their way of working and promote agility.
Descriptions of the activity, role and responsibilities within the role.
- By coaching, build your own ability to concretise what needs to be done, given control of the desired state and value (compared to project coop, assignment descriptions, etc.).
- Work with sharp practical examples in tactical epics, but also in operational backlog operations and the product backlogs for each system.
- Create functioning working methods for the core groups by facilitating process and progress.
Work out a proposal on how co-operative planning could be organized and implemented.
Contribute to structure and forms of collaboration to bring tactical and operational levels together. - Lead and document workshops.
Requirements
- Experience of own work as a product owner.
- Experience in project management, or being an "epic owner".
- Experience and knowledge of agile working methods and / or lean as well as having introduced or had a key role in such an introduction.
- Experience in leading and documenting workshops for the development of joint work processes .
- Experience of change management in an organization with more than 1,000 employees.
Own experience in applying the SAFe framework. - Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
Competence
- Documented training in the SAFe framework.
- Excellent ability to communicate and create engagement in groups with different professional roles / positions.
