Administrative Assistant - Northbrook, IL

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to a team
  • Act as first point of contact/face of the company for new and continuing clients, communicate client needs clearly to assigned project managers
  • Assist with driving organization revenue and project goals through successful management of all operational functions
  • Maintain organized filing system
  • Assisting with client invoicing and accounting duties
  • Managing time and expense reporting
  • Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
  • Some personal assistant tasks may be required as well
  • Must be show initiative, offer excellence in customer facing service, and have the discretion to discern escalation points and contacts

Job Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant
  • Sales Support Experience
  • Preferred manufacturing industry experience
  • Excellent telephone and customer relations skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize to ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment
  • Above average skills within Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Personable, reliable, and able to work as a team, or independently
