Professional Experience

Stena Line's vision is to be the first cognitive ferry company in the world. In order to accomplish this, they launched a digital transformation project and hired me as the UX Lead to help the team to bring that vision into reality. As a part of the Trade Management Team, the main project I worked on was a web app called Nemo - an admin dashboard for analyzing and optimizing departure capacity and pricing.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with business analysts, product owners and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and site maps
• Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes
• Prepare and present drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems based on user feedback

Greenbyte offers digital products and services to owners of renewable energy (wind turbine farms and solar plants). I was the first (and only at the time) UX / UI Designer hired to help them build and scale their digital products.
