Strong senior project manager with unique management skills and with
comprehensive experience in pushing complex projects through complex
organizations and achieve the goals and deadlines set forth.

The project management experience is primarily collected within IT development and
implementation projects, Tele communication projects, larger transition projects and
finally through leading IT- and Construction procurement processes as well.

I'm a person with strong analytical skills, ability to create and implement business
strategies, has the ability to manage organizational development projects and
complex programs and individual projects, but at the same time the ability to produce
detailed project plans, stakeholder communication, tender documents and the like.

Focus area: Project Management
Great experience in managing major IT/Tele/FTN projects including building
nationwide mobile networks, rolling out of major fiber projects and procuring and
developing Transmission Network "FTN". Has been responsible for projects ranging
from 1 to 50 project participants and with a total project economy from a few
hundred thousand to over one billion. Completed projects of different sizes and with
varying complexities.

Procurement Processes
Has extensive experience in managing public procurement processes end2end. This
means preparation of executive recommendations (tender strategy), stakeholder
management, preparation and publication of tender documents, preparation for- and
managing the negotiation meetings, assessment of the bidding material received,
internal management of the procurement/projects teams and documentation
throughout the process.


Digitization
Has been involved in a number of digitization tasks where new technology is used as
foundation for creating business development. Where new technology contributes to
more agility and time to market. Where new technology moves IT department closer
to the business and where backend systems are being displayed to Customers.
Digitalization of companies is only in its early beginning, but the first experiences are
quite positive. It is no longer possible for the classical Enterprise IT departments to
keep up with the business development why digitalization is essential for companies if
they want to continue being able to deliver growth.

Transition Management
Great experience in Transition Management. Has experience of transition in
connection with maintenance organizations replacing their service providers, with
huge mergers and acquisitions of companies/parts of companies and in connection
with IT implementations being place into service. Know how to handle the transition
processes as well as the people involved.

Strategy processes
Has served as a consulting partner for the Executive Boards in choosing sustainable
solutions to support company strategies including implementation of strategy
processes and internal follow-up, anchoring and marketing of the strategy and
ensuring the companies reach their goals.

After completing several company acquisitions in recent years, GC has requested a project manager who can help ensure the final integration of these companies and thus achieve the synergies that justified the acquisitions in the first place. Part of this includes moving Customers from the previous Company platforms to GCs infrastructure.

 

The task includes end-to-end project management preparing these transitions including Customer handling and coordination with GC internal organization, ensuring the migration runs smooth without disturbance of Customer operation.

 

In addition to the above GlobalConnect is closing down a datacenter, meaning moving Customer servers and network to a new established datacenter, migrating the Customer, removing equipment in the right time and order and handing over the building in the end. Raini is together with an internal project manager running this task in parallel with the other tasks

Project description: Nordic RSC is a joint office between 4 different power companies in DK, SV, N and FI. Together they were procuring an IT system for the Nordic RSC, with Energinet as the contracting party.
Responsible for the IT system implementation (phase 1) with primarily focus on
stakeholder management (steering group and various of internal and external stakeholders), Supplier management including contract management, project
timelines, financials, staffing, etc.

Deliverables: • Established a well functioned project team
• Strong contract management
• Compliance with the given budget
• Well integrated project in the organization

Preliminary results: First part of the IT system implemented and tested (Phase 1). Design of the second
part of the system completed which will be developed in parallel with the organizational anchoring of the first part of the system.

Project description: Nordic RSC is a joint office between 4 different power companies in DK, SV, N and FI. Together they were procuring an IT system for the Nordic RSC, with Energinet as the contracting party.
Responsible for the overall procurement process. Ensuring the procurement
timeline, the budget and legal considerations comply with the Customer's wishes and the legislation. Huge task stakeholder management task to manage 4 different
companies from 4 different countries with their separate expectations to this
procurement.

Deliverables: • Development and approval of the tender strategy
• Development of Tender documents including the Contract
• Development and fulfillment of the timeline
• Managing the procurement and project team involved
• Managing the negotiations and the final contract signature

Preliminary results: Tender strategy was approved in May 2018 and Contract signed in April 2019.

2 public organizations. Developing the executive recommendation, and ensuring

Project description: To perform a thorough analysis of the Onboard project (EVC) in the Signal
Program. A number of circumstances have led to the project being severely
delayed, why top management in Banedanmark under political pressure has asked for a thorough analysis of the project, where the economy, all contracts, technical
issues, existing project management and team resources was investigated.

Deliverables: • Collect team of participants (Lawyers, Contract Managers, Engineers, Communication experts)
• Collect the relevant material
• Develop the strategy for the analysis including the time schedule for the process
• Startup of the analysis
• Reporting to top management on weekly basis
• Concluding a final report including observations and recommendations

Preliminary results: The report has been delivered to the top management, where several
recommendations have been implemented.

2014-04 - 2017-06

Project description: Responsible for building a new nationwide Signal Technology Transmission
Network in Banedanmark to support the ERTMS rollout including close
coordination with the replacement of the Passive Network (Passive Network as in Pipes and Fibers in the Ground) to separate this from the existing transmission
network in Banedanmark and to support Banedanmark signaling system.

Deliverables: • Strategy and budget approval from the Executive Board
• Complete procurement procedure in accordance with EU regulation

Preliminary results: Three railway line in Denmark have now been installed with a new Transmission
network. Fiber is plowed in the ground. The active transmission equipment has
been installed and the network is connected to the Signal Provider's equipment.
The project was stopped due to the overall Signaling Program being delayed and de-scoped.

Project description: Responsible for building a nationwide GSM(R) network including 300 masts and base stations all over Denmark. Responsible for installation of over 1000 GSM(R)
radios in all trains in Denmark.
