Summary
I have 20+ years of experience with implementing and managing CRM solutions in multiple countries and cultures.
I have taken part in almost all aspects of CRM projects from design, implementation and training - over daily support and administration – to planning the future strategies for CRM in sales and service departments.
With my background as IT support, web/CRM developer and 10+ years in Sales Management teams, I feel very confident working in the space between business and IT – understanding the challenges and processes of the Sales, the capabilities of IT systems and the work environment of development teams.
I am used to working with senior management both in HQ and at local entities when designing solutions – and used to manage consultants in any development phase. I excel working with the business, understanding the processes and turn them into system design, prototypes and solutions.
The last 12 years, I have been working with Salesforce CRM in some of the biggest Salesforce implementations in Denmark.
At Falck I implemented the solution from ground up in 18 countries globally and had the overall responsibility for adoption and development of the system. This achievement resulted in an invitation to speak about implementing CRM in a multi-cultural environment at Dreamforce, the annual Salesforce Conference.
I have had roles as Product Owner (Alm Brand), Project Manager (Danfoss) and Architect (FOSS, Vestas, Lundbeck) and I have delivered both standard and customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.
At FOSS, I was Salesforce Architect and platform owner on an ambitious global Salesforce implementation spanning over Sales, Service, Fields Service and Marketing (Pardot). I was overall responsible for the integrity and quality of the Salesforce platform. I lead the team of consultants that delivered the solution, and I had the technical communication with 3rd part vendors.
At Vestas, I work as a Solution Architect on a narrower scope in a very big implementation.
My motivation for applying to this position as Lead Consultant is driven by getting back to being part of the overall CRM Management and being more in contact with business stakeholders.
At Lundbeck, I took part in building a Salesforce/Veeva Excellence Team and documented the implementation, features used and integrations to other systems. We established a scrum team and designed the model for future improvements.
Personally, I am an open and happy person, who easily engages with new people and form good relations with those I meet. I have good experience with interacting with people from all over the world, which have resulted in many lasting friendships across the globe. I set pride in delivering high quality and I always seek to have happy and effective users, which is essential for success for any IT platform.

Key achievements: • Established a whole new Salesforce/Veeva Excellence Team • Established an overview of current Veeva implementations, stakeholders and open backlog • Designed a new model for daily support and change requests, replacing a decentralized way of working. Securing that architecture and design is living up to FOSS standards and business requirements when Salesforce is being implemented in HQ and more than 20 subsidiaries worldwide. As part of FOSS IT Architecture and Solution Design team, I was responsible for securing high quality in both internal and customer engaging systems - as well as leading the FOSS Salesforce team to deliver quality solutions to business. We deliver a solution based on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, CPQ, Field Service Lightning and integration to our SAP ERP system.
