Project where we improved the external tool used within Vattenfall. The project works to integrate external customers into their systems. The external system is delivered by an external party, together with them we quality assured the delivery. With hard deadlines written in stone, Robert had to develop different strategies, plan and implement different working methods to streamline the work. Through risk-based testing and working with an operational "T-shape" role, Robert did what was required. One thing of many was to sort out requirements from external customers and implement these in the project. In addition, Robert was also involved in troubleshooting, problem solving and analysis of ongoing bugs in the management business.

EDMT (TM) Captures and redirects the prospect of the device that has the best chance of engaging the viewer at the current time. EDMT is developed and adapted to QVC, which operates and develops the world's largest 'TV shop'.

KYC-Profile - Agile team that created a new KYC (Know Your Customer) page for the bank private and corporate customers (SE,NO,FI,DK). The page is designed responsively and should work regardless of the choice of device and be adapted for functional handicap. The site integrates with the bank's other systems such as Mainframe and KYC-Tool. Robert has in his role as test analyst, planned test cases and conducted tests, together with agile teams (onshore and offhore). The test team works with exploratory tests, negative tests. Robert has also been responsible for training the offshore team's testers located in Poland.

Based on the requirements plan, acceptance tests are carried out in the bank's office systems in all web applications with the business. Reports anomalies and incidents are reported in HP ALM. The aim is to ensure a stable and high-quality delivery of the bank's customer image application (Synk), advisory tools, printing plants and banknote managers in the bank's day-to-day operations to all customers.

Robert Worked as an advisor at the telephone bank where he helped his clients with their savings and their loans (AML, KYC, etc.). Robert helped clients finance their new homes through his expertise in savings or through new loans.
