Frontwalker have been assigned the task to develop ESF-rådets intranet from scratch, since it needs to be updated to their current business needs and make it more user friendly to their employees. It is of vital importance that the project delivers according to the established timeline, since the project is part of a larger project cluster where the projects are dependent on each other.
My contribution is to support the Tech Lead of the project and putting up agile structures such as daily stand ups with the team and a digital project management structure in JIRA. I also attend project meetings with the client and other vendors that are involved in related projects, to report progress and make sure that all standing questions are answered and proactively prevent communication based blockers.
The value for the project is primarily project sustainability. My role is to make sure that the client is well informed and that the project is progressing according to schedule, which in turn creates comfort for the client and support their overall project cluster. Allowing the developers and tech lead to focus on their primary function, to develop the intranet.

IKEA had recently launched a new IT-support solution, NowIT (part of ServiceNow). After the implementation, there was an expressed need to establish processes for communication and training relating to NowIT.
My initial task was to analyze the current pain points, which I did by conducting stakeholder interviews, primarily with key stakeholders such as the Product Owner. We found that there is a need for a communication plan that clearly structures how IKEA communicates to relevant stakeholders globally about IT-support. Some of the work in channel strategy had to be further investigated, and we conducted surveys to establish for example how we most eïciently reach the large group of end users, ranging from cashiers in IKEA-stores to developers working from home.
I was also managing and involved in several projects during my assignment such as how IT-support agents communicate towards their customers.
The main business value of my deliverables is increased eïciency in how communication is conducted, which in turn creates safety for the organization. Important stakeholders know and can plan for scheduled downtime and know what to do if they need IT-support during that window.
Furthermore, people are informed through various channels if a crisis were to happen, such as if IT-support shuts down. Proactively a training speciíed to how to navigate IT-support is implemented in the onboarding experience of a new employee, so that they get familiar with the platform and get commonly asked questions answered, which in turn reduces IT-support agents time spent on individual tickets.

I managed several client projects at the design and web-development company Klingit AB. Acting as the middleman between Klingits clients and internal resources such as developers and graphic designers. Furthermore, I managed the development of Klingits own website.
The projects varies in both size and complexity, and contains elements of web development, design and layout.

Nynas is a global company selling bitumen-products to industries.
Stockholm During a period with a high workload, I went in as a consultant and supported the sales team at Nynas. I managed a project with the aim of improving the sales process with great success. In the project, I used the project method Prince2. The work resulted in a developed sales and administration process in the sales organization. I managed the project from feasibility study and analysis to the actual implementation of the solution.
The solution meant a noticeable development and streamlining of the order system and the administration that exists around the sales work.
The role of sales coordinator requires that you can quickly shift focus between diìerent contexts while having control over the whole to ensure continuous progress in the sales chain. As sales coordinator, I ensured that the customer's deliveries entered the system and ensured that the deliveries were invoiced as they should by maintaining continuous contact with both íeld salesmen and the depots around the country. The task required learning a complex invoicing system quickly, and it was then that I discovered potential for improvement that then resulted in an assignment as a project manager to implement improvements to the system.
