Summary
Mr. Magnusson has 20 years of experience from project management and leadership in the IT area. In recent years Mr. Magnusson has been driving projects related to in-sourcing, application migration and test system build-up as part of larger transformation, cloud computing and digitalization programs within the finance industry. Earlier project experience relates to out-sourcing, hosting and product development in both enterprises and mid-size companies in close cooperation with customer key stakeholders. Mr. Magnusson has relevant work experience from companies in the areas of finance, hosting, network security and VoIP.
Mr. Magnusson has excellent analytical skill combined with the ability to communicate very well and focus on the most important tasks to reach the outlined objective. After twenty years managing engineers and having project owners in sales and marketing and upper management he knows how to communicate with all involved stakeholders. • Responsible for building infrastructure on midrange and mainframe (zOS & HP NonStop) to
support Preproduction application installation.

critical flows for the Danish bank operation.
• Compliance project to fulfil requirements towards ECB and Nordic FSAs.
• Responsible for upgrade project for Solaris Golden Gate solution. Kanban board and task

• Solaris responsible and infrastructure incident coordinator at full site Datacentre Disaster
Recovery test.

for the program covering 340 business applications and 42 Project Managers, Architects and
Specialist in the core migration team.
• Responsible for reporting to Group Infrastructure management.
• Escalation point of all subsidiary project managers to business units.
2013-08 - 2015-09
• Major in-sourcing program as part of the bank’s IT modernization and digitalization journey
• Target environment in a Private Cloud environment.
• Upgrade and adaptation of applications – many applications came from outdated OS and
a variety of hardware and software services forcing major modifications of the applications
to support the unified Private Cloud platform in the target environment.
• Responsible for establishment of processes and methods for application migration. Executed
the first application migration projects.
• Established program scheduling and follow-up tools for ~1.000 application and about
4.500 servers in the migration scope.

and 15.000 users in one big-bang migration.
