Sam has been part of several Due Diligence projects with targets operating in e-commerce, retail, fintech and payment. In a small team, the analyses were completed a compressed time frame of a few weeks and comprised of a current assessment, risk mapping and clear recommended actions to improve IT operations. The analyses are based on documents provided by target via VDR and management meetings and further interactions as applicable.
The results were compiled in a report and presented to key stakeholders.
