Summary
My name is Tina Ahlström and I have run my own consulting company for over 20 years. I was born in Finland and I'm fluent in Finnish, English and Swedish. My competence is within leadership, project management, business development, change management and quality / Performance Management. To explain it more in detail it means that the assignments has mainly consisted of high-priority, large, complex, global projects for groups. The projects have mainly been in banking and finance since 2008, which included both operational changes and IT development. The projects have in many cases been the most prioritized projects with very large budgets where top management has been the recipient/sponsors. I have also developed courses and trained within project management including implementation of agile working methods. Since the projects have been global since 1995, I have been working alternately between Sweden, England and Luxembourg. In some of the assignments I have also had the role as acting manager. I have been manager for Back Office function at the financial administration for a period in the most recent assignment. I have been dependent on my customer satisfaction, which as well has consistently been my success factor. I also enjoyed my role as a manager in my early years. Since 2008, I have had the privilege of being able to combine my assignments in the business world with assignments as leadership and conversation coach for both managers and leaders as well as people in the middle of my career. I am a trained and certified conversation coach. Focus on results and quality are important foundations in my assignments. As a person, I value joy, cooperation and low prestige at work.
