During a period spanning more than 3 years, I resided in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, where I spearheaded numerous international projects and programs. I founded Kopenhagen Konsulting with the purpose of establishing a management consulting firm with the individual and the culture as the focal point of the business. My philosophy was that curiosity, confidence, ability to read the room, and a high degree of empathy were crucial, personal traits in shaping a strong culture and establishing a secure work environment - ultimately an engaging and energetic team that achieved great results individually, as a group, and together with the business partners. The core service was strategy execution through a three-step approach - cascading strategy, executing projects, and managing the organization.

180 Degrees Consulting (180DC) is a global network of volunteers that organize university students to test out their skills as management consultants. The students gets to deliver management consulting assignments to non-profits and social enterprises to provide innovative, practical, and sustainable solutions to the challenges they face.

The Cloakroom was established to make shopping easier for men. Men wanting to look good, but preferred someone else doing the shopping for them - through an online style session customers would get a personal shopper, who provided a hand-selected range of premium clothes and ship it to their doorstep.

- Started as a student helper and was later appointed Head of Nordic Business Control and part of the Nordic Leadership Team before relocating to Atradius Group in Amsterdam.
- Outlined the Nordic strategy and provided strategic advice to the Nordic Director.
- Provided day-to-day strategic advice and consultancy to all Nordic Country Directors to align country strategies with the overall Nordic strategy.
