Summary
I am a certified IPMA and Prince 2 foundation IT Project Manager, with more than 20 years of a proven background, leading many aspects of IT projects often with double roles as Project Manager, Project Assistant, PMO Assistant and/or Coordinator at the same time and with business processes and ways of working as my focal point with focus on the customer.
I have been part of architecture-, implementation-, migration-, and development projects. I strive to understand new technical bits and business processes. I have flair to see if a technical solution could help everyday problems, and to transform business processes into a well-documented development projects. I focus on end-user benefits, usability and documentation. I work with all aspects of a project life cycle and IT project management toolbox aligns with the strategic business goals. Project benefits, scope, plan, risks, budgets, testing, implementation, documentation, education and support so it is all align with the strategic business goals.
I have strong stakeholder management, as I am used to interact with boards and the wider business, along with communicate different kinds of information to managers, stakeholders and end users across the entire organization and proficient in working independently and prioritizing tasks.

In this process, I had role as team member and project manager: • Coordinate courses for 1300 employees in the transition from GroupWise to Outlook. From the choice of supplier to the planning of teaching and learning content • Preparation of schedule for image deployment of over 1700 PCs which all departments would physically have exchanged their PC at City Hall • Plan and test of the progress of the new image, communication and information letters to the intranet, staff, managers etc.
