Internally, Erlend is responsible for personnel management and the development of individual value. He is the head of professional development for the department called BTS in Trondheim, and an internal sponsor for further training of employees through the company's certification program, Engagement Management.
The program is the company's guarantee for placing consultants on projects of various sizes and importance.
Erlend is also an active member and leader of various communities of practice, including Engagement Management and Agile Ideology, which are national arenas for learning and development within Capgemini.
