Cyber-attack protection through a new, optimized, and secure network infrastructure. This
transition project is considered vital in relation to implementing security, troubleshooting
connectivity issues, optimization, and application migration.

With this infrastructure project, we had to ensure continued delivery of vital server services on
business-critical remote sites for Vestas. This project included buying of hardware/software for
23 Vestas locations, improved operational excellence and implementation of three pilot
production sites.

Project was initiated to support Vestas growing market demands by establishing a new office
facility in Santiago, Chile.

I was responsible for
• Planning and leading the project and the multicultural team across time zones (people were located in Chile, Argentina, India, Italy, and Denmark)
• Ensuring implementation and support of infrastructure services at the new office
location such as communication lines, network equipment, printers, video conference
equipment, installation, configuration, and handover to support.

Result: The project was a great success due to a powerful implementation. The number of users

Results: The project implementation was considered groundbreaking in Vestas Global IT and

the bank's largest and most complex projects. My leadership responsibilities covered over the years both Program Management, Project Management, PMO Management, Portfolio
Management, and the Scrum Master role. During this period, I worked closely with BEC and SDC as IT partner and IBM as vendor.

Optimization of Spar Nord's data warehouse solutions. The team was cross cultural with developers in both Denmark and Ukraine.

This program was called the 'biggest IT transfer of data in Danish history' as close to 400.000
bank customers were transferred from SDC to BEC's IT platform, changing all systems and processes within the organization accordingly.

I was deeply involved in
• The Program Management Office (PMO) focusing on governance, coordination, and leadership
• Transformation Management
• Stakeholder Management at all levels
• When the 'Core Bank project' were in difficulties during the process, I joined as interim
project manager and reshaped the project. The project was brought back on track and all deadlines achieved.

Results: The program was a great success and went live on time. In one weekend 400.000
customers and 1,5 million bank accounts were transferred.

The bank's processes related to both housing and pension were optimized and some of these
processes fully automated.

• Responsible for the entire program including cost and budget

• Responsible for business processes
• Implementation to all branches/bank advisors with great focus on change management
and user adoption

Results: As an example, the processing time for refinancing mortgages was reduced from 14
days production time for the customers to eight minutes via automated processes.
