Driven software engineer with 15 years of experience in various roles
within teams delivering products and solutions across multiple industries.
Built several products, like: A personalization service that provides movie
recommendations to 100k users in 15 countries, or a SAAS for customer
tracking with AI and computer vision deployed in dozens of locations in
several countries (USA, EU, MENA). Currently working as a freelance
fractional CTPO helping startup and scaleup tech teams to work better

Put emphasis on fostering a culture of continuous improvement, customer orientation, and data-driven decision making among technical teams.
● (Alimentium) designed and implemented a roadmap to facilitate the transition into a Product-oriented company. This involved introducing OKRs, shifting the company culture from task-centric to goal-centric, boosting agile and mentoring managers to change the culture of the company.
● (Confidential) Audited the source code and mobile app for a startup building a Sport social media. Offered detailed reports on quality and scalability of the application.
● (Confidential) Introduced Kanban into the company to help them better organize the flow of work and gain productivity. Reduced task dispatching time by half. Empowered the team to self-organize how they manage work.

● Defined the cultural values and methodologies. Introduced agile, Scrum, OKRs, and DevOps methodologies.
● Led the product design in close collaboration with customers, UX designers, and product agencies. Led the design and deliver of 7 AI products.
