The customer had purchased a new CRM system from an external supplier. This project had been going on for a while when it was stopped due to the customer's lack of ability to live up to his commitments in the project. Instead, after a renegotiation, the whole was set up as a program.
Göran was program Manager. It started with making up a new time plan and ended with a go-live exactly according to the new time plan.
